Current- Responsible for handling the recruiting process
- Identifying and Sourcing suitable candidates for assigned requirements using all recruiting tools
- Sourcing candidates by cold calling and turning into potential call on interest and do preliminary screening to match the requirement and submit and follow up with the candidate
- Interviewing Low-end, mid, and high – end profiles and hire the right employees
- Hiring for IT, healthcare, Manufacturing, DOD (Department of Defense), Telecommunication, Engineering, Aerospace, Chemical Industry etc. which include clients such as CVS, Aetna, PIH Health, Conduent, Smiths medical.
- Utilizing Recruitment Platforms such as LinkedIn, Referrals, Indeed, Monster, Career builder etc. using Boolean search
