As an Adjudicator for Service Canada, I was responsible for resolving contentious claims in Employment Insurance. I was required to research each claim, and extract information from a variety of sources. Once fact-finding was complete, I synthesized and analyzed the data, and passed a judgement in accordance with federal legislature. Attention to detail and accuracy were imperative in this position.
