As Business Manager I am responsible for several accounts. Roles and responsibilities within this position:-Ensure maximum client satisfaction. Communicate proactively with the client(s) on business issues and strategic opportunities- Work with the client to specify new program requirements, design solutions and manage the implementation of new changes and new requirements.-Account profitability- Define & implement business improvements based on pro-active analysis from front office and back office teams- Drive Monthly & Quarterly Business Review and follow-up on action points - Ensures appropriate client centric metrics are generated and ensures overall data accuracy- Ensuring alignment across all departments that would perform work on the account: Contact Center, Finance/Payments Support, Supply Chain, IT.- Validation of enquiry (RFQ, RFP) for completeness and clear understanding of client objectives and requirements.- Forecasting- Invoicing

-Overall responsible for the implementation of new business (internal expansion programs of existing clients, improvement projects, or system implementation migration etc) by ensuring that the project proceeds within the allocated time-scale, agreed specification and specified operating expense limits.- Validation of enquiry (RFQ, RFP) for completeness and clear understanding of client objectives and requirements.

One of the main goals as Program Manager was to ensure that business flows run smoothly through departments within the company ensuring metrics were met, training was coordinated and complete for each team member and that the company was representing the client as required.- First contact for client on operational level, the back office, financial management services team and Web team- Coordination of Product launches, content management, promotions/campaigns and Inventory Level Monitoring- Reporting & analysis-Order Management- Process management- Monitor the Service Levels achieved and drive improvement

I have been part of the team that implemented the first Decathlon in the Netherlands in Amsterdam. I started at Decathlon as a student and worked on my final thesis, after that I got my Marketing degree and continued working for Decathlon as Department Manager. After the implementation I met my husband and moved to France. I have lived in France for 7 years and worked in several retailer stores.
