Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as new HRIS system.The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors as Ausgrid's new HRIS system for the Hire to Retire lifecycle at Ausgrid aimed to revolutionise the employee journey within the organisation. This comprehensive project sought to streamline various HR processes, including onboarding, cross-boarding, offboarding, and other related activities. By leveraging the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors, We aimed to create a seamless and efficient experience for employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the organisation.This initiative represented a significant step forward in modernising HR operations and aligning them with industry best practices, ultimately enhancing the employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Projects:Point of Sale (POS) System ($80 million+ project):•Implemented new POS software worked with UK vendor•Sales Processing: Handle large volume of transactions >200k per day. Includes accepting various payment methods e.g. cash, credit cards, mobile payments• Inventory Management• Reporting and Analytics• Integrated with CRM - SalesForce• Integration with Other Systems: Integrations with accounting software & e-commerce platform, • Security: Complying with payment card industry (PCI) standards.• Customisations: System was customised to David Jones with additional features or modules POS Hardware:•Replaced Legacy 2500 POS registers•Executed POS upgrade and deployment across 38 stores nationwide in Australia.POS; Phase 2: Promotions:•Introduced automated POS promotions tool, enhancing promotional processes.•Implemented POS-integrated Customer Information capture to seamlessly feed into the CRM system.Retail Omni Channel Project: Refers to the integrated approach of combining various retail channels (such as physical stores, online stores, mobile apps, etc.) into a seamless shopping experience for customers by allowing them to interact and make purchases through multiple channels interchangeably.•Contributed and played a key role in the development and implementation of the Retail Omni Channel projectLoyalty and CRM (Salesforce):•Successfully implemented a customer loyalty (CRM) system (Salesforce)•Integrated new POS Customer Insights features and targeted loyalty member promotions.Achievements:•Received the David Jones Excellence Award, including the CEO Vision Award, for outstanding contributions to the POS project.•Implemented new POS hardware and software across 38 David Jones stores nationwide, replacing 2,500 legacy registers.•Implemented a customer loyalty (CRM) system and introduced targeted promotions for loyalty members.•Reduced testing timelines by 7 days and minimised resource requirements by automating testing streams.
