• Reports directly to Principal Counsel, Global Client Contracts• Responsibility for developing and implementing processes and strategies in order to successfully facilitate the contract development, negotiation, review and execution processes for all clinical operational and vender contracts, including master service agreements, single-service agreements, confidentiality agreements, subcontractor agreements and amendments• Responsibility for drafting various agreements, negotiating respective clients’ legal and financial terms and conditions for all clinical operational and vendor contracts and reviewing all documents to ensure legal compliance prior to final execution• Providing training and education to Business Development personnel regarding contracting approach and methodology• General paralegal responsibilities in support of all corporate matters• Interfacing with functional leadership team members and key business contacts on a global basis. Accomplishments include: 1) developing and implementing legal templates to ensure legal protection; 2) designing and implementing a Contracting Database to track performance of agreements; 3) creating a tickler system; and 4) establishing and managing a record retention system for all client and vendor contracts and amendments
