Member of the GSCM's Archives Committee -- Collects artifacts about the Girl Scouts, with an emphasis on the GSCM regionI am the lead on a team to completely migrate our inventories to digital format. This is part of a long term project to provide greater access to our assets. We have over 150,000 items in the council collections.

As a Study Family Support Volunteer I assist the Study Volunteer Leads as directed support the Morris Animal Foundation's Golden Retriever Lifetime Study. Our Volunteer group provides support to both employees (and contractors) of the Morris Animal Foundation and to the nearly 3000 participating families that have enrolled dogs into this Long-Term, Longitudinal Veterinary Health Observation Study.This support is accomplished both on-line through social media platforms such as Face-book as well as representing the study participant at events such as veterinary conferences, dog shows and state fairs.We provide support to families facing crisis, both humans and canines

I have been part of a neighborhood group that assist our children with homework assignments. I work mainly with middle school kids after school to improve their know of mathematics -- Making after school snacks of pizza or baking cookies to learn ratios and fractions

One of two Chief Election Judges for precinct: responsible for administering voting procedures in the precinct and ensuring a fair and accessible election for all eligible voters. Specific duties include setting up and breaking down a polling place before and after voting hours. Other duties include checking in voters, assisting voters with using the voting unit, and overseeing all election procedures throughout the polling place. Responsible for the security of the balloting systems, reporting and posting of polling results and delivery of election results to the County Board of Elections.

I was a trainer with the Girl Scout Council of Napa-Solano, now merged into the Girl Scout Council of Northern California.Developed training and resources for adult trainings in leadership, troop management, trip planning, outdoor progression education and skills development.I was also involve with the Northern California and Nevada Trainers Consortium.I was on three task groups, the Outdoor Program Rewrite for Napa-Solano, On-Line Leadership delivery model, and planning for the core leadership competencies.
