Over 27 years, I served as District Sales Manager with four different companies. My most recent position, 13 1/2 years at Perfumania for which I managed as many as 17 stores in 5 states. I was responsible for the development of my team and sales while maintaining a positive work environment, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, multiple administrative tasks including the development of tools which were rolled out to all District Managers, and managing travel for myself to each location monthly with weekly expense reporting and approvals, daily emails and follow up with teams to ensure compliance. Detailed Store Visits included sales goals/results, merchandising standards, loss prevention, and profit and loss review with action plans for improved performance.
