Spent first 6 years at BCG as Staffing Manager and my role developed into general HR and Career Development. I was fortunate to join BCG in 2006 as it was a time of significant growth. I was able to get involved in multiple activities and initiatives to support the growth of the London office and became a 'go to' person for all staff. Since Jan 2018, I have managed a team of 8 people across London, Amsterdam and Brussels and I am responsible for the performance management process for ~800 consultants. Working closely with the Leadership team , I also manage capacity planning, a very complex bonus process and have been involved in compensation benchmarking, process/policy changes and some restructuring activities. BCG has afforded me lots of opportunities to grow and expand my skillset from day to day people topics through to more technical skills such as building basic excel models to developing and presenting training sessions. As BCG has continued to grow, every year has provided me with new challenges and opportunities to learn.
