Focusing on 4 core objectives; Creating Economic Growth (homes and jobs), More Integrated and Customer Focused Services, Generate Capital Receipts and Reduced Running Costs will assist in the breakdown of internal divisions to deliver one fully integrated collaborative service that is tailored to the needs of today and adaptable to move where the future dictates. Responsibilities include;. Effective leadership of the successful development of the Greater Lincolnshire One Public Estate Strategy, enabling delivery of ambitious targets and achieving cross sector long term partnerships, whilst embedding a fresh concept into ways of working, ensuring the programme makes real and lasting improvements and collectively makes the greatest contribution to the Partnerships Strategic objectives and targets. . Part of the Corporate Property Management team for Lincolnshire County Council. Required to work across the wider public services and other organisations to plan how to best utilise assets to improve services, create savings and ensure that use of public sector land and property is both efficient and productive. . Ability to provide strategic planning and development advice and be responsible for identifying the long term requirement of the council and one public estate (OPE) partners in relation to the property portfolio in order to optimize the best use of the resources available. .
