With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, I am currently the ESG Manager at Andr. L. Riis AS, a leading engineering company in Norway. I am responsible for developing and implementing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy, policies, and initiatives, in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the company's vision and values. I also provide management consulting services to the company's clients, advising them on ESG best practices, risk management, compliance, and reporting.
