I taught myself the skills to launch a new FMCG Product Design and Branding Business - in essence I learned Industrial Design, Product Management, AI prompt engineering, Aquaponics, Duck Farming, Soil Biology - and all along allowed my brain to explore and I created an avenue for creative expression.I am a Masters/PHD researcher exploring applied AI impact on society broadly, business and e-learning in particular. I left the Corporate Cathedral to explore the unknown, to re-tool and to quest for new ways of sense-making as an individual and collectively with teams.This year has been the best gift I could give myself, my family and my future project teams because I return to the world of work - Transformed and Revitalized.

My role was to provide Project Management and Business Analysis services to various Enterprise Technology Projects..My Project Portfolio was focused on Business Requirement Analysis / Modelling and Project Initiation and Planning Activities for multi-year, large-scale enterprise class projects. Post-Initiation a Project Implementation Manager takes on the role of project implementation and at that my role would change to ensuring overall Project Compliance (e.g. MFMA alignment, etc) and effective Risk Management and Governance compliance throughout the remainder of the project life-cycle.A major component of this role involved ensuring effective coordination between diverse stakeholder groups both within and outside the organisation.

My project portfolio included large various Web-based enhancements to the 24.COM client-facing web ecosystem.
