Account Manager
Current• Forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning and all ways to manage sales.• Contribute to the creation, presentation, and sale of a value proposition.• Close the deal by negotiating pricing and a contract.• End-to-end responsibility for new and current customer relationships.• Develop and maintain solid customer relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to the clients to keep their accounts in good shape• Organize deployment and continuous delivery of our cutting-edge product suite with service delivery teams.• Develop comprehensive solution recommendations that address all areas of the application and Brands across the digital space.• Manage and support accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, and enabling organizational alignment in cross-functional virtual teams. • Oversee the execution and delivery of campaign reporting at agreed timelines with clients.• Manage client budgets and support account teams in preparing and monitoring of spend on clients’ campaigns• Collaborate with the Finance team to limit write-offs, bill clients accurately, chase unpaid invoices, and do reconciliations.• Resolve escalated complaints and prevent additional issues by innovatively improving processes. Help integrating accounts, optimize reports and support to reach KPIs• Manage and help maintain, grow, and optimize existing partners using analytics tools for reviewing the current state the Clients account and ongoing performance.• Have a proactive approach to managing relationships with clients - thinking from their POV and working backwards to deliver excellent service.• Manage the workload of the account/brand teams and help remove blockers to the delivery of projects.• Build and manage a symbiotic relationship with creative teams and ensure the full benefits of such an aligned relationship are harnessed in the execution of projects.
