With a strong knowledge of the VET sector, Sandra has implemented VET frameworks, regulated policy and operational procedures throughout various subject matter areas and delivery models within each organisation. Among her previous positions both domestic and international, Sandra was the RTO Manager (AIM Executive Management Team member) at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) where she led a team of operational production staff and contractors developing bespoke and accredited programs within the AIM Learning and Development Department. This included ongoing compliance monitoring, internal audits, development of information systems and recruitment of professional and technical staff. Sandra has served as a Specialist in Adult Education implementing competency-based learning into a Swiss Management School, Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz. On her return to Australia, she was the Senior Staff Development Officer with the Queensland Police Service (PROVE Program) as the Assessment Coordinator for both Oxley and Townsville Academies. Sandra has been a National Director of Studies at ABC Learning and the Learning and Development Manager at Axial Training where she was responsible for RTO compliance, currency and oversaw the delivery of the Generic Mining Induction. In addition to this, she has been a Technical Teacher at the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE. Her commitment to life learning and organisational frameworks and systems stem from ten years in the Australian Department of Defence where she underwent leadership and officer training. Sandra is TAE Certificate IV Training and Assessment certified and currently consults to a wide range of organisations.into a sustainable and compliant Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
