Provide support for ATS Systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Understands system architecture sufficiently to facilitate resolution of technical issues and incidents. Maintains strong working relationship with vendors of these systems (Merchants Integrity, Kenexa ProveIT, ADP) Resolves technical issues in conjunction with system, vendors, end users, and IT, including establishing timeline, accountabilities and key deliverables. Communicates system outages, routine maintenance and changes in features to appropriate levels of users. Ensures security of the ATS Systems by closing accounts in coordination with HR Business Partners, Managers and IT/Network security. Assists with the management of all incoming and outgoing interfaces between the ATS and other systems. Monitors interfaces to insure they are all running on schedule and resolves any error messages. Works with vendors and internal IT resources as appropriate to troubleshoot and resolve any interface issues. Serves as technical resource to advise team on capabilities and limitations of systems. Recommends creative solutions to address gaps between system capabilities and organizational needs. Ability to document business and technical processes in both current and future state. Assists in development of test plans, performs technical testing, and coordinates end user testing. Administrator of system upgrades for Kenexa ATS. Maintain security, users and permissions, security groups, rights management. Maintains a library of electronic documentation provided by vendors. Creates and maintains procedure documents specific to ATS. Insures IT documentation is up-to-date regarding interface specifications related to ATS systems. Creates and maintains end user training and procedure documents for ATS systems.
