A fixed term role until the sale of 13 hotels was completed. The role involved providing HR support and advice, to the 13 General Managers and their on site Human Resources Managers, after carrying out a general HR review to assess performance levels in each unit. These audits were used to ascertain ongoing standards and identify strategic and operational priorities. This ranged from implementing best practice to advising and guiding on employment law issues.
