Primary contact for clients from Newfoundland to Quebec. Managed the best interests of both Honeywell and the client by reviewing annual savings and resolving issues to ensure project success. Summarized energy conservation measures and developed a strategy for monitoring their continued performance, using data loggers, automation system, and/or visual checks. Kept a running inventory of equipment changes and performed routine and systematic checks on the Building Automation System. Identified, quantified and incorporated base year adjustments into energy analysis. Maintained up to date Metrix analysis and prepared energy savings reports. Worked with service technicians in preventative maintenance and troubleshooting and repair of faulty equipment.

: Main point of contact for the Energy Performance Contract between Avalon East School District and Honeywell Ltd. Worked closely with building administrators, operators and maintenance personnel to monitor the ongoing performance of all installed energy measures. Conducted regular site visits and building audits to confirm whether all installed measures were operating as originally intended and "fine-tuned" measures and equipment to improve their performance. Identified and troubleshot maintenance issues so that required corrective action could be carried out. Developed an in-depth knowledge of each building, facility and activity on site, and the impact of major energy/utility consuming equipment, functions and activities on the overall site utility consumption. Managed the account on behalf of Honeywell to great success.
