Property and project manager for two residential properties in Chicago, IL. Prepared all requests for proposals, analyzed and abstracted all bids and oversaw all contract terms. Managed staff of 16, including union engineers and janitors, doormen and non-union office staff. Projects included elevator replacement, garage renovation, window replacements, common area re-design. Decreased assessment delinquencies 20%.
