Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of this 250 bed Catholic facility that included a neonatal nursery, open heart surgy and kidney transplant services. I had management responsiblity for Accounting, Patinet Billing, Admissions, Data Processing, Medical Records, Pharmacy, Materials Management, Case Management, Medical Staff Offices, and Risk Management. I handled all contract negotiations with insurance providers and the interface with the independent auditors. I was responsible for preparation of the annual budget and presentation of that budget to the Corporate office. I was responsible for the preparation of financial information to support System wide financing needs.Actively involved with Hospital expansion projects and strategic planning. Headed the Hospitals Finance Committee. Prepared presentations for each of the meeting of the Hospital Board of Directors.I was the lead CFO over the Northern Region of Hopsital that are part of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Orange that included the hospital in Napa and Eureka. I served as chair person of the Health System's Finance Committee. Acted as Administor on call routinely where I was responsible for hospital repsonse to issues that arose twnety-four hours a day.
