Added 400,000 sq. ft. of new LEED gold office tenant space in two new buildings and the renovation of 90,000 sq. ft. of the studio’s historic buildings. I was Responsible for client coordination, contract review and approval, consultant coordination, field verifications, CAD review and corrections of drawings, city planning and permitting agency investigations and submittals.
