Fencepost Productions is a Kansas City based apparel company designing and manufacturing clothing lines sold in Dollar General, Family dollar, Menards, Tractor Supply, Steinmart among others. Reports directly to COO, with the sole responsibility of all logistical duties for both Fencepost and NPB.Weekly work in progress (WIP) meetings with FPP production team and the factories for any key roadblocks in the production schedules and strategize logistics options.Work with overseas and domestic Freight Forwarders to ensure the shipments maintains critical timelines from exit to delays at port and getting those goods to the final destination.Assure proper authorization for compliance of C-TPAT, HTS, ISF and the tracking and monitoring of international transportation activities.Created tools and performance reports to aid in the effectiveness of internal operational import shipments synergies.Track communication between the factory and production relating to COGS, cost reduction agreements, additional shipping cost, approval of overages and shortages, opening lines of credit.Oversee logistical and inventory control of close to $14 million in FOB and LDP COG shipments for both Fencepost and NPB.Directly accountable for all Fencepost inventory control and in 2012 the quantity of goods was 1,637,260 and the fiscal value was $755,593.43 in five warehouses. For NPB was solely responsible for management of three domestic warehouses with a 2012 inventory of 2,590,992 pcs of clothing

Every Saturday I greeted our guests as they arrived and left only to see smiles! JJ's was leveled in a horrific gas explosion February 2013 but the love for this KC favorite continues and with great delight re-opened Fall of 2014 and I proudly returned. This KC favorite is back and the love of the patrons, old and new, is overwhelming, Thank you Kansas City!

A subsidiary of Hallmark Cards Culinary Concepts had a variety of restaurants located throughout their Crown Center complex. With the exception of The American Restaurant the concepts became part of the Hyatt corporation in 2004.
