• Coordinate and manage the receipt of broadcast files and post-production deliverables.• Liaise and act as first point of contact with external stakeholders so that they are informed about relevant procedures, resolve any issues and ensure the timely delivery of materials for publicity and TX.• Liaise and act as first point of contact with internal ABC stakeholders to ensure that the Factual content is distributed to relevant teams when needed, and in the correct format in a timely, efficient manner.• Develop strong, working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive, effective and efficient working relationship that represents ABC’s values.• Point of contact for all audience/ viewer enquiries about Factual and Culture commissioned programmes, where I either provide a response to the enquiry, or escalate it to the relevant team member.• High level administrative support to the Development team and Commissioning Editors.• Diary management and arrange meetings.• Organise international and domestic travel.• Process receipts, invoices and other expenses.• Business cases for travel.• Create and design complex Powerpoint presentations.• Create the monthly Factual and Culture newsletter.• Maintain records – On and Off Screen diversity; Programme delivery; Asset Register.
