We are a three star Licensed Bed and Breakfast Guest House in Great Yarmouth that enjoys a quiet location but is just five minutes' walk from all the major attractions of this vibrant seaside town. In addition, we can host and cater for offsite business meetings and events in our dining and lounge areas. Ideal for planning meetings, strategy sessions or small training courses. I started PS Credit Management Ltd in 2000, as a consultancy business to assist SME’s with credit control and collection of overdue amounts to improve cash flow, via quality training and outsourcing facilities. We are typically engaged by owner/managers of companies where late payments have reached a crisis point, but who find chasing debtors too time consuming and stressful. As a qualitifed Credit Practitioner I train those in small businesses, responsible for maintaining cash inflow, whilst PS Credit Management Ltd provides a fully outsourced credit control service, backup up with a comprehensive debt recovery and litigation facility.

Introduced and developed the Credit Control Function within a growing organisation. Maximised access to the centralised group accounting software to ensure timely production of letters and reports and to utilise credit rating and risk assessment facilities. Reviewed existing documentation to incorporate credit policies and controls and subsequently developed full credit control collection system and debt recovery protocols, taking full account of the wider economy.
