About Sandra Griffith

Do you want to create a customer service culture that your customers will tell others about? My interest in customer service or as my husband would say "'my love affair with customer service" started during my time working at a local bank. It was my first venture in a customer facing type of environment and while my responsibilities were more administration in nature, I felt drawn to helping our customers. One of the most interesting experience was in connecting with a family who came to the bank every few months to do their banking. Sometimes when they came in I would be at lunch and they would say to the other staff members who offered to help "its okay we will wait for Sandra". Usually one of my co-workers would come to the lunch room to let me know and I would hastily leave my lunch and come to assist. My customer service passion started there and progressed through other postings at head office where I would be responsible for supporting both internal clients and external clients along with ensuring our employees had the knowledge and passion to effectively service our customers.
