I am a passionate and driven graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Education with a focus on Teaching and Learning at the University of Ottawa. My academic journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to inclusivity, creativity, and empowering marginalized groups, especially children, youth, and LGBTQ+ communities.Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I have gained diverse experiences that fuel my passion for education. As a research assistant for the Inclusive Communities for Older Immigrants project, I contributed to reducing social isolation among immigrant seniors by fostering cross-cultural understanding. My volunteer work and teaching experiences have further strengthened my ability to design engaging, inclusive learning environments.I am particularly interested in curriculum design, inclusive education practices, and bridging the gap between diverse student needs and effective teaching methodologies.
