As a Co-op Program assistant for the administration team, I collaborated with my team members to assist with organizational duties that kept the overall Co-op and Career Integrated Learning programs at Toronto Metropolitan University running. I did this by connecting students and employers together, posting jobs, helping students find jobs, setting up interviews, running reports, data entry, and answering questions through email and phone. During this position, I have made it my mission to use my transferrable communications and professional writing skills to support and improve career readiness for my peers. My goal throughout my time at the CC&SS was to uplift, engage, and work alongside TMU community members.
