With over 23 years of work experience in the health service sector, I have developed strong interpersonal skills, data analysis skills, and employee engagement skills. My mission is to support the HSE National Office for Human Rights and Equality Policy in advancing health and social care rights and equality for all. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have worked in different departments and regions within the HSE.In my current role as an Administrative Officer, I am responsible for supporting the policies of the office of the HSE Human Rights and Equality Policy. I use data analysis skills daily, I also use employee engagement skills to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and colleagues. I am passionate about improving my own professional knowledge also.
