Daily responsibilities include supporting retail grocery stores by working through the progressive discipline process, completing investigations into complaints, managing legal documents and document retention, supporting training through DDI facilitation, and monitoring compliance metrics. I currently oversee 64 retail locations across 4 regions.

I coach the girls high school diving team at Ottawa Hills High School which consists of both experienced and novice divers. Using my background in education, I have a rigorous program six days a week that focuses on the fundamentals of diving and building a solid 11 dive list in order to compete in dual and championship meets. Using repetition, visualization, and instant visual feedback when available, I am able to provide the athletes with various types of learning in order to customize training for their preferred learning style.

I am recruiting for our Transportation function. Using iCIMS, I evaluate candidates and perform phone interviews in order to supply the best candidates to the hiring managers.

I worked in both the curriculum design and leadership class facilitation areas. I consulted with departments regarding retail training and assessments. I am comfortable using various Google Apps, Camtasia, Storyline, GoTo and Uberconference to create or facilitate learning. I was an administrator of both our Learning Management System and Talent Management System provided by SuccessFactors. I also hold a certification to teach Situational Leadership II from the Ken Blanchard Company and have learned to facilitate other pre-written classes as well as developed and delivered my own classes around accountability, feedback, and change management.I am experienced in eLearning creation using Camtasia and the Storyline 360 suite.I have used these software packages, and others, to create eLearnings, educational videos, and communicate curriculum changes in exciting and interactive ways.

My main objectives as an Assistant Manager at GFS were to hire and train employees, maintain inventory levels, evaluate customer needs and maintain appropriate items in the store. As an Assistant Manager, my focus was on merchandising. I counted inventory, rectified and deduced reasons for shortages and overages, created high margin displays and brought in relevant items for my customers.

As a Shift Leader at GFS, my main responsibilities were to maintain the employee's motivation and organization on the sales floor while also helping customers.

I developed the first girl's springboard diving team at Lamphere High School. I trained them in water, on dry land and in the weight room. I taught the rules of competitive diving, competition requirements and how to calculate scores. I utilized both verbal and visual feedback through constructive comments and video feedback. I also assisted in placing swimmers for meets with the head swim coach.

I was a substitute teacher grades K-12 in various schools and districts. I maintained order and proper classroom procedures while also instilling values and the directed daily lessons to students.
