After relocating to Georgia in 2010, I worked with a church group providing a pre-K program. but spent most of my time researching and writing. Then I decided to transfer my college credits from Penn State University and Montgomery County Community College to Clayton State University. I enrolled at CSU in 2017 shortly after publishing my book. It was a wonderful journey at CSU, met great professors, and now I will graduate with B.A. in Liberal Studies, and minor in history. My internship was with JWLS Imports, LLC and this relationship opened up new avenues of research in the area of gold mining in Africa. The knowledge I gained at CSU coupled with my years of experience as CEO of Genesis Community Development Corporation provided assistance to JWLS as in business development and as the humanitarian arm of JWLS to bring needed resources to a small village in Sierra Leone. My journey continues.
