ABOUT MEI have been working for Aristo for more than 8 years now, we opened up the Swiss office together and after a career from a recruitment consultant to a business sales leader first of the medical devices team and later of the pharma & biotech team, I now can live my passion for organisational development and talent management. My main areas are the close cooperation with CEOs and teamleaders to develop teams and individual talents but also to set up the structure to level up to a next level organisation. When I am not in the office, I enjoy any kind of sports (mountainbiking, hiking, crossfit, yoga, ballet, ...) indoors and outdoors in the Swiss Alps.
