I am very much a people person and love to engage and interact with people of all levels. I get great fulfilment in life through offering help and service to others and enjoy collaborative working to reach others and personal goals. I place a high value on harmonious relationships and people naturally turn to me for encouragement and support. Worked as a volunteer counsellor for three specific charities over a decade working with a wide range of clients. Counselling has been a long term passion for me and I have managed to continue working within this arena whilst maintaining a day job in the corporate world. It has been hard work and at times it has been difficult to balance but it is important for me to be able to help people make positive changes and improve their wellbeing, which I find very rewarding. Working in the varied areas has given me an in-depth-view into the wider society something that I would probably never encounter in my day to day life.
