I had to contact all the new phone sale customers to go over their order and confirm their installation day and confirm the amount due and credit card information.Service Coordinator I scheduled appointments for the technicians and our customers if the customers security system was not working properly. I had to make sure the technicians had enough work for the day.HR Coordinator I was responsible for doing the New Hire paper work and orientation. Had to get the new hires on the computer to do the online courses. I did the paper work for employees that had been terminated or resigned. Any employment information change I had to send it in to corporate office. I made the badges for employees.Payroll I entered the payroll for the Installation and Service technicians every week in an Oracle base system.Customer service I answered the phones and directed the calls to the appropriate team member. If a customer was not sure who they needed to talk to I would have to ask them questions and try to get them to where they needed. If they needed to reschedule their appointment I would reschedule the appointment for them.Receptionist I have been the receptionist when I first started with ADT.Sales Coordinator I was the sales coordinator and I had to enter all the new contracts into the Telemar system when the sales reps would turn them in for 4 offices.Data Entry I had to enter all the new systems into Mastermind for when the installers went out to install the security system for 4 offices.Accounts Payable I had to process the bills that came in to be paid and send them up to the corporate office to have them paid.
