This is a casual - substitute position in Canada for the school year 2020-2021. I am available for other substitute administration, consulting or international teaching positions during this time as well.

•Ensured a safe, inclusive and rich learning environment for the entire school community, including; students, staff, parents and outside agencies •Maintained overall operational effectiveness of the school including; budget allocation, Hiring, Health and Safety, Professional Development, Supervision, Performance Reviews, Student Admissions, Scholarship and Financial Committees and Accreditation•Facilitated Student Teachers visits in Ontario and at the American International School of Zagreb from Columbia College, USA and the University of Zagreb, Croatia •Participated as a member of the Financial Assistance and Scholarship Committees, and presented the Principal’s Report at monthly Board meetings and Accreditation •Designed, aligned and implemented Lower School Curriculum for EL-Grade 5, with teachers, providing parent workshops on inquiry, assessment and curriculum•Within a team setting, created and implemented new school policies and procedures; Language Policy, Assessment Policy, Inclusion Policy, Behaviour, Harassment and Anti-Bullying Policy
