CurrentManage diversity, equity and inclusion programs for Infosys Americas region. Partner closely with senior executive leadership, BPHRs, Employee Resource Groups, Marketing as well as sales teams to drive a DE&I inclusion strategy in alignment with global diversity objectives.Meet with clients, key stakeholders, and external organizations to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned to the larger eco-system within the communities and clients we do business with and serve.Identify and analyze training and development needs utilizing assessments, surveys, job analysis and regular consultation with strategic business partners to embed inclusion into leadership training and objectives. Design training curriculum and act as subject matter expert to Learning and Development organization.
