I curated the online exhibit for Project on Black Writing’s annual event, Black Literary Suite. This year’s project focuses on Afro-Latinx and Afro-Latino American literature

Tutoring high school students in multiple school districts within the Kansas City metropolitan area, creating lesson plans for Reading and Writing high school classes, assisting with preparation for College Prep programs and/or scholarships.

· Responsible for assisting with outreach responsibilities of the Center: assisting with teaching workshops for the Kansas and Missouri area as with preparatory materials to distribute throughout the workshop. · Responsible for organizing four Charla de Merienda Events that generate community conversation about interesting and controversial topics concerning the Latin American and Caribbean region. -Results since the start of the position: increased audience by 3x and created a platform on campus. -Generated more interest from the KU community and surrounding areas to collaborate and create more events. -In Spring and Summer 2020, adapted the event series to be quarantine-friendly by shifting the event into a podcast format. Coordinated with local organization, Lawrence Talks! to produce and record podcast episodes.

• Detailing dry-cleaning and laundry orders for designed route clients, grossing up to $2000 for the company daily.• Handling all communication with clients: answering phones, handling emails, faxes and more. Contacting clients in order to maintain customer service standards.• Assisting department manager in making departmental decisions, as well as, assist with training new employees in operating the company's software and delivering excellent customer service.

-Assisting Customers-Maintaining appearance of assigned section-Processing transactions, introducing customers to two of the loyalty programs provided by the company: Rewards card and the Credit Card

Create ideas for possible content to broaden audiences and assist with improving SEO. • Editing the work of contributors, celebrity bloggers and Global Grind staff. Researching photos and photo-editing for articles.
