Develop and grow sales territory for the Life 2000 non-invasive ventilator in WI/MN/IA/UP. Working directly with Pulmonologist- adult and pediatric, Neurologists, Internal and family medicine providers, Care managers, RT’s and RN’s in both hospital and clinical settings. Create aggressive action plans and call strategies to identify specific new targets and maintain existing accounts. Provide excellent sales support and communication between facilities, healthcare providers and their patients. Recruit and train contracted respiratory therapists to educate patients and their caregivers on all respiratory devices. Selling highly technical and clinically driven respiratory medical devices Consistently exceed monthly sales goals, rank top 3 in the nation 3 years in a row. Ability to easily pivot and sell entire respiratory portfolio and continue to exceed sales goals.

Educate and trainer patients/caregivers/healthcare teams in home and/or hospital environment on all respiratory devices. Follow through with accurate completion of all appropriate paperwork in a timely manor as well as patient follow up. Attend all required continuing education seminars/webinars and keep all competencies current. Assist the sales team when needed educating healthcare providers on the respiratory portfolio.

Develop and maintain relations with new and existing referral sources. Assist with hiring, for the department as well as education, training and maintenance of competencies for all employees both in respiratory and intake departments. Understand and establish policies regarding insurance guidelines and regulations as it relates to respiratory equipment for home use. Facilitate the opening and continued success of new branch locations. Establish new sales goals and assist with developing annual budgets
