Oversee pastoral care program in Boarding House with particular focus on students in years 7-11.Oversee the Indigenous Program.Encourage students to strive for personal and professional goals as well as developing self-esteem and life skills. This may include facilitating small courses or programs which focus on core pastoral care issues such as homesickness, bullying, self-esteem and anxiety.-Act as a support person for students requiring counselling by being available to listen, offering suggestions for dealing with situations, Following up with Boarder students after any professional counselling and keeping parents informed.-Develop supportive processes between boarding and other departments within the school.
