In direct support of the USAR to write a concept plan that included four installations. USAR initiated a manpower study to “right-size” the OMAR funded installations from an enterprise-level perspective with the goal of redistributing resources throughout the entire enterprise. The scope of the study included all base operations (BASOPs) functions for four locations. The desired end state would be a concept plan that would “right-size” the manpower resources required to effectively and efficiently administer OMAR-funded garrison installation activities and eliminate function duplication.

Based on the metrics provided to the group a plan was developed and executed. The outcome was a pamphlet that was created on violence in the workplace and was distributed Army wide.
