Manage the Support Solutions Education Assistance program, Total Performance Leadership (TPL) program, Leadership Development program and Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) ' Coordinate the leadership programs and new training initiatives being launched throughout Support Solutions Sector.Participated in several PeopleSoft working groups on Organizational Development issues:Responsible for development and administration of learning and devleopment projects (e.g.,) tuition reimbursement request tool infrastructure working group and sector project lead. I also worked for the Montgomery County Sentinel Newspaper responsible for final proof prior to publication. I continued my administrative responsibilities as Sr. Executive Assistant to the President of Vitro Corporation, one of BAE Systems' legacy companies. In 2000, I was promoted to assist in implementing the company’s first formal Training Program (Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Level III) and a Learning Management System (LMS) for one of the company's major customers, the Navy's Strategic Systems Program (SSP). In 2004, I participated on the Company's Learning & Development team to implement the first LMS company wide.
