I plan weekly cash expenditures, process the weekly checks and wires. Set up all new vendors. Check for accuracy of purchase orders to incoming invoices. Code and enter close to 800 invoices a month. Verify receipts, project coding and approve all incoming expense reports (approximately 225 per month). Keep and verify all incoming W-9 and W-8's for year end 1099 processing. I matched up all invoices to their pricing list and p.o. logged in the freight charges that came in and entered in all invoices for payment. I helped match the invoices to out going checks and once signed I got all checks ready for the mail and filed the copies away. Sales audit I matched all receipt to bank statement on a daily basses, checked all charge receipts and refunds and balanced out the deposit slips against cash and check deposits. Reported any discrepancies to my supervisor and helped file all reports through share point.

I supervised 8 employees that processed A/P and A/R for over 50 + building and apartment complexes along with other ventures in rental leasing, lawn maintenance and remodeling.I kept up with Piracle checking software to make sure all checks processed out of the right company and checking account and made sure that all checks integrated back into the financials and bank reconciliation.I was responsible for processing more than 800 checks a week. I filed all taxes bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annually and annually for each entity.I kept track of all benefits for all employees and did was in charge of all state audit along with insurance audits and the 401K audit.I also managed the BWC and investigated all claims that were filed.I did all the inter-company journal entries and balanced out all the payroll accrual accounts along with making sure the a/p,a/r and discount accounts were accurate.
