1.oct 2005 - 2008 Sourcing Merchandiser Partecipate in trade fairs with Italy buyers to search potential suppliers,after the fairs, visit the suppliers' factories to understand the factory scale,products range, price range,export destination countries,lead-time,payment terms to sort out the interested suppliers.Understand the quality and workmanship through sampling.During 2005-2008,I have visited almost all the important garment enterprise located in Ningbo,Hangzhou,Cixi,Xiangshan,Yiwu of Zhejiang Province,Nanjing of Jiangsu Province,Guangzhou,Dongguan,Shenzhen,Shantou,Zhuhai of Guangdong Province.I have the experience of visiting more than 40 garment factories located in different cities in 7 days.With an intensive visit to the factories,buyers and I were able to create a strong suppliers network at the foundation of the office and this becomes a very stable bayse for the purchasing job in the future.And I am able to create an overall view of location,products range, price range, quality of garment suppliers in China.And also begin to understand the concept of suppliers sourcing and development. 2.2009-2012 Senior Merchandiser 1) The overall procedures operation of the orders: quotation-sampling-production following up-shipment; 2) Give support to new merchandiser colleagues, help them to resolve problems during order running; 3) Maintenance of existing suppliers and development of new suppliers. 3.2011-2012 Accounting / Shipping Manager Through a close coordination with QC TEAM on the inspection plan and the close working with forwarder about the vessel departure date,to consolidate goods loaded in the same port to save the logistic cost for the group and also on time deliveries in order to catch the best selling season.
