  Material Allocation Responsible for creating and extending material masters. Verifications, Extensions. Research parts requested estimators using engineering drawings, specs, technical publications, IPB (Illustrated Parts Breakdown)/IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog), SNN (Section Ninety Nine) an engineering supersede parts listing as well as other resources for the purpose of accuracy in allocation to network activities. Create a bi-weekly Zero Network report that gives detail information that identifies accuracy in the allocation process ensuring parts and materials are charged correctly to the customer. Identify alternate parts that may be more readily available and or show significant cost savings to the customer.Create a monthly Material Master Creation/Extension Totals report. This allows visibility in a matrix form of total quantities generated by the team.Assisting the Warehouse kitting program with the releasing of planning network orders, creation of transfer orders, creating material requirements list and kitting labels, as well as creating program shortage reports prior to the release of the network orders giving visibility of shortages that need to be processed either by purchase, wbs xfer, or fabrication cards, as well as giving visibility for delivery dates which gives the program the option to release short or not. Also, trouble-shoot issues concerning parts not in location that starts the process to remove the qty's from the system and start the replacement process, as well as confirming transfer orders, consuming parts, technically closing Network Orders upon completion.
