Current• Set up office and handle extremely confidential information/documents.• Represent as the "Single Point of Contact" for all office activities and management of the community and industrial safety groups, while adhering to company and departmental policies and standards.• Retrieve and print out emails regarding sensitive matters such as financial – broker investments; answer phones.• Coordinate set up of office; maintain office supplies by obtaining supplies.• Schedule meetings, various events, and research material from internet.• Reconcile checking accounts and petty cash, collect and deposit funds into company’s bank account; prepare – mail checks and pay bills in timely manner.• Compose letters from dictation, type up, scan, and print out letters accordingly.• Sort incoming mail, route mail to appropriate individuals, and file records daily.• Create memos, letters, flyers, brochures, calendars, i.e. utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe, and Outlook.• Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills-excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting abilities.• Demonstrate outstanding organizational, time management and people skills, while providing excellent leadership mindset to achieve results.
