Rutgers Foundation: Principal Gifts

-Support system for three Central Major Gift Officers and the Director of Principal Gifts including acting as a liaison for various schools and units-Coordinating events and meeting plans and logistics-Handle aspects of expense reports, check requests and receipts-Assist in recruiting efforts for various positions within the Principal Gifts Department, including all contact, scheduling and travel arrangements for candidates-Manage training new hires on the RADAR and SIGNALS systems and serving as a resource to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness-Make travel, hotel and car arrangements including itineraries, preparing donor gifts and/or packets and presentations-Undertaking various organizational and research projects as they become relevant-Managing five different schedules including that of the Deans’ and President’s travels as they pertain to fundraising-Create and format prospect lists for use in meetings and solicitations as well as updating post visit reports-Create, transcribe and prepare correspondence as well as clerical and administrative duties including attendance, copying, mailing, filing and maintaining files and orderly shared hard drives

-Using leadership skills and setting goals to lead a five person team and continuously increase profitability including doubling production in the last three months-Using time management, communication and relationship maintenance skills to convince potential home sellers to interview our agents-Qualifying potential buyers for home loans while advising them to apply with Foxtons Financial-Working closely with experienced loan officers to increase and maintain volume of internal real estate closings.
