1. Research on farming of freshwater fish and invertebrates in recirculating aquaculture systems2. Daily monitoring of experimental setups3. Daily maintenance and observations4. Water quality management5. Periodic sampling (catching, sorting, weighing and/or measuring fish) 6. Maintenance and construction (and making adaptations to existing) of recirculating aquaculture systems

1. Information management i.e. receives, analyzes, computes key farm performance indicators (FCR, growth performance, mortality, incidents of concern) ensures information is promptly and readily available to management for decision making2. Maintains supplies’ inventory, anticipating and scheduling supply replenishment, placing and expediting orders for supplies like feeds and verifying receipt of supplies3. Provide hands-on assistance with hatchery management4. Manages all company communication platforms, including social media accounts ensuring they are furnished with most up-to-date information about the company 5. Provide logistical support for company meetings, Records and Files action points for further action 6. Infrastructure, equipment and facility management. Ensures operation of equipment and the facility by ensuring proper maintenance schedules and practices7. Engage technical experts to make required projection and formulate a medium to long term development strategy and integrated action plan. Makes recommendations on stocking density, feed quality etc
