- Work with Creative Director to establish a unique visual style that supports and enhances the artistic vision of each project.- Conduct research based on creative direction, and prepare reference materials to clearly communicate the visual target to both internal and external partners. - Prioritize and distribute the work of the art department per project need. - Collaborate with art team members, providing direction, guidance and feedback to ensure a high level of quality across assets during production. - Source, hire, and maintain relationships with a network of outsourcers.

- Provide art direction services, illustration, cover art, sequential art, color, writing, and IP development.- Clients include: Image Comics, Shadow Machine Studio - MTV, Archie Comics, Dark Horse Comics, Fantagraphics, Stela, IDW Publishing, Gilgamesh Brewing, Humanoid Games, and Deep Sky.

- Worked closely with the Creative Director to define the guiding principles for the visual identity of the project. - Facilitated and guided decision-making regarding art direction. - Responsible for developing concept art to define look and feel of characters, props, and narrative elements. - Created production assets for 2D, 3D, animation, and tech-art pipelines. - Worked with level designers and programmers to develop art-related tools and implementation guidelines.
