• Responsibility for processing a high volume of invoices, approximately 300-500 per week, into the CRM, Sugar• Exporting and allocating invoices into the reporting system, Access Dimension• Checking invoices against the Supplier Invoicing Policy in relation to amount, currency and VAT rates• Liaising with the suppliers and Project Managers to discuss any queries and to correct any identified errors, and code purchase invoices • Processing weekly batch payments across multiple currencies including BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, International Payments, PayPal and cheques• Posting and allocating payments from the bank statements and offsetting the Purchase Ledger against the Sales Ledger• Supervising and monitoring the performance of a Purchase Ledger clerk, induct new starters to the department and provide quarterly refresher training• Completing other requirements including voice-over script translations and audio QC for video-on-demandDemonstrated a significant reduction of invoice rejection by creating a recording tracker, monitoring and updating data, presenting monthly results and providing training sessions to Heads of Department and Senior Project Managers – resulting in time efficiencies, fewer vendor complaints and on-time payments.
