Sandra Lowe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a member of the Management Committee at Jenkins Marzban Logan. She is responsible for day-to-day operations and oversight of the firm’s finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, and business development functions. Sandra supports the Firm’s partners directly through stewardship of the firm’s strategic planning process and implementation of policies and performance of activities to achieve their strategic goals.Before joining Jenkins Marzban Logan, Sandra served as Chief Operating Officer at Richards Buell Sutton, Director of Operations at Terra Law Corporation, and Senior Administrator of News and Station Business Operations at Global Television.Sandra is an active humanitarian. Since 2012, she has been a field leader for Rotary club inspired service missions overseas that provide medical, dental and community development services to marginalized and impoverished people. Sandra has a passion for Canada’s favourite pastime, ice hockey. She is a certified referee with Hockey Canada and has officiated at Canadian National Championships in both women’s and sledge hockey divisions, and international tournaments in China and Switzerland. Off-ice, Sandra is a volunteer instructor and mentor to young referees in British Columbia and Ontario. As well, she has enjoyed working for the NHL as an Off-Ice Game Official at Vancouver Canucks home games for close to a decade. In February 2018 she participated in the winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea as a member of the International Ice Hockey Federation’s Venue Results Team.When winter turns to summer, Sandra puts her referee equipment away and turns her attention to the roads where she trains for and participates in long-distance cycling events throughout the British Columbia.
