Process review of the shared services center for the same client, aiming at ensuring timely service level to business units and adequate control environment. (2014/2015)Process reingeneering assessment and implementation in food production company and financial services institution.• I designed and implemented administrative and accounting procedures for a financial services institution, improving control and customer satisfaction levels. I designed the reporting process and prepared management reports and budgets. I updated certain procedures according to changes in the business and also completed an analysis of tasks vs. resources for the Finance department. I am currently finishing the implementation of the Sage Accpac ERP for all group companies.
