Providing customized AI solutions for workflow automation, business strategy, and marketing

Being an integral part of the initiative within Auckland Council to improve the way it engages with the richly diverse communities across the entire region brought both inspiration and opportunities for growth and deeper learning - about people and complex organizations. Auckland Council is one of the largest governing councils in Australasia.With an ideal in mind, refined as curiosity and exploration revealed nuances previously little known, alignment in the flow from vision, through strategy and ultimately that of resources and relationships is what facilitated the development of new ways of engaging, and the bolstering of those that were already working.

A time of discovery! My first venture into the arena of working closely with politicians attempting to bring greater economic and social wellbeing into their communities. Never an easy task for them with conflicting demands by groups with varying needs, as well as pragmatic limitations in budget and technical or environmental possibilities.

Two contracts formed the majority of this work and exemplified the multifaceted approach I recommend when helping clients bring their visions for a better world into being.1. With the objective to restore the reputation of a community liaison initiative - both within the organization and in the community - several layers of vision and strategy through to work programs in various departments were brought into alignment and formed into clear, accountable action plans.Leadership development and coaching at executive and ground floor levels, produced tangible results in actual performance to meet the (realigned) expectations of the organization and the community it serves.2. Reducing the risk factors in a highly volatile medical environment meant better equipping executive and operational leadership, as well as frontline staff at all levels in their ability to respond to organizational, clinical, and patient demands.The following tools were used to do this:Executive leadership coaching.Operational leadership development and coaching, and operational process improvement.Team facilitation to improve interpersonal relationships, efficiency, and enjoyment of work; stress management programs and individual coaching where most needed.

This is where I learned how to perform at high levels as a female in a predominantly male world.Leading a small team in development of software to improve business systems and efficiency in the freight and logistics environment added to my training in working with strong personalities. With a continuous thirst for personal and professional development, my part-time studies led me to diplomas in Business and Systems Analysis, and Group Leadership and Facilitation.Ongoing personal development always (even now!) leans me into a greater understanding of how we function as spiritual beings in this human world and our interaction with each other and our environment.
