I have a master's degree in Digital Business from Jönköping University, where I also took a single course in Sustainable Digital Innovation from EIT Digital. I am currently a consultant at Synpulse, a leading management consulting firm for banks and insurance companies. My core competencies include digital sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and presentations.As a consultant, I have been involved in various strategy and transformation projects, focusing on digitizing business models, customer experience, platform and ecosystem transformation. I have also introduced agile methodologies in on-site workshops and online trainings for clients and colleagues. I am a member of the global New Work Practice and Customer Engagement Banking Practice at Synpulse, and the team lead of our CSR team in Germany. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams and using data-driven insights to create value for customers and stakeholders. I am motivated by learning new skills and applying them to real-world challenges. I believe that I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also worked in digital marketing and localization testing in the past, and have studied and volunteered abroad.
